The process is mainly to carry out continuous burry arc slag-free smelting in a ferrosilicon furnace. During the whole smelting process, the carbonaceous reducing agent (blue carbon, metallurgical coke, etc.), the iron-containing material and the silica are formed into a furnace material according to a certain ratio, and the furnace is in the furnace. The electrode is deeply and stably inserted into the charge, and the ferrosilicon is obtained by an arc heating chemical reaction.
